Hello again! Gavin and Deidre came to UT for Labor Day weekend. Deidre's 21st birthday was during that weekend, so she got to celebrate that special day with all of her family. Stephen, Janine, Amber, Gavin, and Deidre went boating and had a blast. On Deidre's birthday, the family went out to eat at Tucanos where Deidre had to do a birthday dance in order to get her treat, Ashlee ate a chicken heart, and the family surprised Deidre by inviting an old friend. Then they went bowling...Stephen becoming the champion, of course. On Labor Day everyone went to the mall for the sales, and then sadly the day after, Gavin and Deidre had to return to AZ. They ended up being 12 hours early for their flight! Everything turned out all right in the end. They're looking forward to their future family visits! It was good to have them visiting, even if only fo
r a few days.
